Marco has been a lawyer for TRIP Law since the start of 2020. His real estate practice places a clear emphasis on tenancy law and civil construction law, the fields in which he is specialised.

For many years, Marco has been advising contracting authorities and contractors in construction as well as lessors and lessees. When necessary, he provides assistance and advice in procedures in court, with the Arbitration Board for the Building Industry or with other dispute adjudicators. Marco has extensive experience in litigation, is practically minded and considers litigation as a means not an end.
