K. (Kars) Schuiling

As insolvency assistant, Kars assists the insolvency practitioner in practically all aspects needed to efficiently wind up a company. Consider for instance the sale of assets, the drawing up of an inventory of debts, preparations for dismissal procedures and book audits.

Kars is often the first contact for parties involved in a liquidation such as creditors, parties interested in a restart, employees, the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) and the Tax and Customs Administration. In addition, Kars maintains the contact with the courts. His experience as credit controller and accountant means Kars not only looks after the financial reporting of a liquidation case, but that this can also be used in the administrative investigation.
