As a specialist in tenancy law, Birgit advises both tenants and landlords in disputes on rental price, service costs, renovation and transfers as well as in housing fraud and nuisance. In addition, she is experienced in dealing with questions regarding real estate, including apartment law, statutory rights and duties between neighbours and disputes regarding squatting and the sale and purchase of property.

Birgit was sworn in as a lawyer in 1988 and started working for TRIP Law in the same year. She is practically minded and bases her advice on carefully drawn up cost-benefit analyses, a sound professional knowledge and years of experience in litigation practice.
