Zuzana is specialised in business law, particularly concerning procedural law. She mainly represents clients in legal proceedings pertaining to commercial law disputes. In addition, Zuzana regularly advises clients on matters concerning insolvency law, directors’ and officers’ liability and assesses or draws up contracts and general terms and conditions.

The procedural documents Zuzana draws up are carefully worded and constructed. She delves deeply into each case and analyses precisely and has strong judgement skills and can identify risks well. She is popular with Slovakian and Czech clients as she grew up in Slovakia and studied law in both Slovakia and the Netherlands. She speaks and writes excellent Dutch, and she is a member of the internal working group Compliance and Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention).
